Low Carb Asian-Inspired Chicken Wing Recipe

Today’s food inspiration takes the flavours from traditional Chinese barbecued meats to an easy, four-ingredient dish that can be either your main dish at home or taken to a party and shared. I’ve used this marinade on wings, but you can easily use this for other chicken parts, as well as fish, turkey, pork, or beef as well.

-4 to 5 tbsp soy sauce (I use Kikkoman)
-1 to 2 tbsp sambal oelek
-1/2 tsp five spice powder

Combine ingredients and marinade 8-20 wings for at least 30 minutes. Lay in single layer on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet and bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 35 minutes.

Serve with ranch if desired. I find they are amazing just on their own as well and often enjoy them as is.

Will you try these wings? Will you share them or keep them for yourself? LOL
